Tecno 3 srl is a mechanical company based in Spilamberto (MO) and it is specialized in precision mechanical machining such as drilling, milling, turning and boring. The company was established as a family business in 1985 and since then it has become a modern and cutting-edge enterprise in the mechanical industry. Tecno 3 initially focused on small series production and high quality prototypes, then it extended its own production to medium and big sized series.

Quality objective
Since its birth Tecno 3 has paid significant attention to the modernization of machinery and the processes of production: in the early ‘80s a 3D MDM machine was installed to complete the production cycle and some years later some multipallet work centers were added. Today, we have a complete and modern machinery inventory which is regularly upgraded thanks to considerable investments in technology innovation.
Our goal is the permanent technical improvement of production. We work towards the realization of some processes such as the planning of the grip equipment and the dimensional supervision by specialized staff, in order to ensure a high precision finished product.

We can find the right solution for you – from the single piece to a 100 piece series – and we realize it in compliance with the established deadlines. When it comes to precision components, nothing is left to chance – that’s why we devote many of our resources to the quality check. Before the delivery, we check internally the finished components by applying strict protocols which ensure the compliance.
We have a metrological room with cutting-edge equipment and dedicated staff for the examination of the machined products. Following the dimensional check we provide you with the relevant report, that is a warranty for the customer and brings additional value to our production.
