Production

We perform mechanical machining on carbon steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron and ductile iron, aluminium alloys, copper alloys and plastics for parts up to 3000 kg (and even more) and for quantities varying from a single piece up to thousand pieces per year.

All our machining procedures are checked in the metrological room with a machine equipped with bench top instruments as well as with a specific custom-made machine for dimensional check.

Planning phases, grip equipment realization and machine programs for mechanical processing are performed internally with CAD-CAM.

Every machine tool is equipped with job crane and has 4 cranes to cover the whole productive area.
