Processing

We perform mechanical processing on carbon steels, stainless steels, grey cast iron and spheroidal cast iron, aluminium alloys, copper alloys and plastics, for parts weighing up to over 3,000 kg and for quantities ranging from single pieces to thousands of pieces per year.All our machining operations are checked not only on the machine with bench instruments, but also dimensionally in the metrology room with a special measuring machine.The design and manufacture of workpiece gripping equipment and machine programmes for mechanical machining are carried out in-house using CAD-CAM.Each machine tool is equipped with a jib crane and there are four overhead travelling cranes covering the entire production area.
